This show is being made available to all US and Allied bases throughout the theatre of operations as well as to US navy ships on active duty.(PRWEB) December 13, 2004 -- Fr Tim Butler and Neil Ralley have completed the task of creating a slide show incorporating some of Ralley`s images of stained glass and making it available for projection at all US and Allied bases throughout the theatre of operations and on all US navy ships.
The show, which lasts approximately half an hour and includes over 100 images of stained glass depictions of Advent and Christmas scenes, will brighten up the otherwise spartan places of worship for our soldiers, marines, sailors and airmen during Christmas services.
The final version was created using ProShow Gold (tm) software which was kindly donated to the project by the Photodex Corporation of Austin, Texas.
Distribution is being effected via the internet. A copy of the show has been uploaded onto Ralley`s website http://stainedglassphotography.com and links are being provided to Chaplains at the various bases and other military facilities. Actual projection will be via digital projectors on screens which can range from small all the way up to theatre-size.

About Fr Timothy Butler:
Fr. Butler has been an active duty chaplain in the Air Force for over 10 years and a priest ordained for the Archdiocese of Boston for 15 years. He is currently performing a 4-month tour of duty at Manas base in Kyrgyzstan.
About Neil Ralley:
Ralley created and launched the website Stained Glass Photography (http://www.stainedglassphotography.com ) in 2002 to provide free access to his photographs of vintage stained glass. The site became a Yahoo (NASDAQ: YHOO) Pick of the Day barely a month after it was launched and has attracted a significant following. Ralley strongly believes that stained glass represents an important part of the American artistic heritage which is at risk and that it should be properly documented as well as being preserved for future generations.
